Olive Valley is our cozy Quinta with two unique accommodations in the beautiful eastern part of Algarve. The property is located in the Portuguese countryside on two hectares of land with lovely views of a beautiful valley with almond and olive trees and at the same time centrally located to explore all the attractions of the Algarve. Here you can enjoy and relax. It takes just 20 minutes to get to the beach or to the charming town of Tavira. Getting here from Faro Airport takes only 30 minutes. The Algarve has a lot to offer for everyone. For those who want to be active, there are excellent opportunities for hiking, horse riding, cycling, playing golf, tennis, padel and much more.

About us
In 2018, we decided to realize our dream and move from Sweden to southern Europe and the heat. We became climate refugees. After a lot of searching we found our dream place, Olive Valley on the Algarve coast. The Quinta met all our criteria, living in the countryside but still close to a city and the sea, two houses and an apartment, lots of land and most important of all, many hiking trails directly from our house.
We understood that we had a lot of renovation work ahead of us but that was no problem. We have worked most of our lives as entrepreneurs and, among other things, run the clothing company Lingon & Blåbär. We are used to working hard and running projects and we wanted to create an active life. After some years in this wonderful paradise where we live our dream, we are beginning to see the results of our hard work. We still have many projects ahead of us and it triggers us to constantly try to improve and develop our Quinta.
In the first place, we thought that Casa Oliva and Studio Colina would be perfect for our two children and our friends. But soon the idea was born that we would share our paradise with guests who love the country, the hiking trails, the close distance to the beach, the cosy restaurant and everything that the Algarve Coast has to offer. It has been a success and we are so happy for all the nice guests who have visited us.
